At the same time, expanding export capacity and setting up "green" barriers to Western countries have cleared some obstacles. According to relevant statistics, China's egg production is the largest in the world, but the export volume is very small, accounting for only 2% of the world's total fresh egg trade, while Europe produces very few eggs, accounting for 14% of the world's total trade. Both the expansion of domestic demand and the expansion of foreign trade are beneficial.
